LMAO... ok.
Oldest title holder, hahaha now what?
Guy, you act like I hate BHOP because I said RJJ is better p4p historically. I don;t have a problem with him winning that belt from Pascal. It doesn't change my opinion of him. He's still an ATG win or lose that fight. Don't quite get why you're trying to make it about RJJ vs BHOP. When everyone knows RJJ has been shot for like 6-7 years. I guess Holmes beating old Ali some how diminishes his legacy.

The hopkins-jones rivalry is not my rivalry. I just watch the sport.
No way, you cant weasel out of this debate, its not even over yet. B-Hop's legacy is still going. RJJ is done put a fork in him, turn out the lights the partys over...get my drift?
Dude, didn't you see the part where I said RJJ has been shot for like 6-7 years? Of course his legacy his done. So is roberto duran, SRL, SRR, Ali, Tyson....

There isn't a debate. I said p4p historically RJJ is higher. After all the hoopla of YA YA YA bhop just won, and roy did what he's been doing for the last several years which is lose badly. It will still show that when they were in their primes RJJ beats BHOP 9 out 10 times.
Ok lets just judge fighters by their primes, so what Mike Tyson is the greatest heavyweight in history to you? Who is being delusional here?
I don't know how you drew that conclusion from what I said. Also, on this forum I've called Tyson the most overrated fighter in history.
Well if you just want to judge people in their primes, I would say Tyson was the greatest heavyweight of all times. See what I'm saying? You have to look at the whole picture when you are talking legacy. You are hanging onto RJJ's prime for dear life...
You're right, hopkins has a legacy of being a ageless wonder, something he will always have over RJJ. In fact over everyone in history because he's the oldest to win a title. Guess that shoots him all the way to the top of the list.
I'm not saying he's greatest all time, you can't disregard SRR's winning streak and longevity, or Ali's spectacular wins. I'm just saying I think overall B-Hops legacy has surpased RJJ's as of late. Hey, B-Hop could continue on and lose a few more fights badly, and that may change things, you never know.
