Thought a draw would be called tonight. No one can grumble really about the result not after this one. Groves won the fight but nothing was resolved. Hopefully these two both go on to better things then meet up in 2 years or so for unification bout. There's every chance they won't but there is a chance they will

a lot was resolved

before the fight the majority of people in boxing and on here were saying groves wasnt in his league, it would be an easy night for degale

it wsnt, groves beat him in a way i nevere thought he could, he outboxed him
Spot on Eric you said this fight would be close, I had Groves winning. Degale look clueless in there, I think we will see the end of Jim McDonnell now he does seem a bit of a cheer leader blowing smoke up his arse all the time, Degale just didnt have a clue on how to fight Groves when he was on the back foot?

That leads me to believe McDonnell did not prepare for this sort of fight he thought Groves waS coming for a scrap, he should of covered all possibilites, I can't believe Degale would of looked that silly early on if he had worked on a gameplan of Groves fighting on the back foot.

Credit to Adam Booth again very good game plan once again from him, does come across a bit of an odd character but he did the biz again last night.
