What is with the Arreola flying elbow?

Will SOMEONE stand him next to a wall and throw 1000 right hands so he learns to throw it properly?

Geeze.

yes!! we have been cringing for years now. It is hard to watch him continually throw it improperly.

He needed a good trainer 4-5 years ago to fix his technical flaws and to teach im defense.

How do you tell someone that's in the process of destroying tomato cans he needs to improve though?

By telling him the Klitschkos aren't tomatoe cans and fi you want to be champion? They are in the way.

His trainer obviously didn't teach him properly or he just ignored the lessons.
Would he have beaten Adamek at this weight?
