Nothing was done about it, just tarnished his reputation. "Not that bottle, the one I mixed." What an idiot.
Forget the reputation thay could have killed Alex, the gits need locking up!!!
He did. Panana Lewis got six years. Served four of them. Resto got three years I believe.
I though Lewis was for another fighter when he took the padding off.

Oh sorry mate, yeah he got jail time for removing Luis Resto's padding in his fight with Billy Collins Jnr.

Didn't get time or anything for the incident with Pryor's water. I guess they had no proof. After all, he claimed it contained Perrier and tap water. We all know it had other stuff in it but without the evidence, hard to punish someone. Like the way Margarito has never gone to jail for the beating he dished out to Cotto...

I don't know of any substance that could have had an immediate impact. If the first time Pryor drank from the bottle was after the 13th round I don't think it matterred. I find Luis Resto to be an utterly unreliable witness. Regardless of what it was Panama Lewis at least TRIED to cheat. Scumbag!

See this is where Im going with this. I cant think of anything that would absorb so quickly into your system besides something like cocaine or speed possibly which isnt something I would call performance enhancing. And the fact it happened after the 13th round, i find it hard to believe they found something that could be so effective in 6 minutes.

It was A-side Meth definitely. Pryor just walked through Arguello's shots like they were nothing!

I was under the impression it was the drug that is in asthma reliever inhalers. They make it easier for you to breathe by opening the airways wider.

I would of thought that would need to be inhaled, being an asthmatic myself Ive alway been under the impression that something like that would need to go directly into the lungs. If it was to help get oxygen into his blood cells then thats a different story, but that wouldnt react straight away I wouldnt think. Does anyone think this could of been a placebo effect? Maybe Pryors trainer told him that this stuff would make him stronger in the later rounds and he believed it so much that he put more effort in thinking it was working?

That's what Luis Resto claimed in Assault in the Ring. I don't find Resto credible.
