Panama Lewis has earned his place in the gutter.
He did not show up for the post fight mandatory urine test and nobody did a thing.

See this is where Im going with this. I cant think of anything that would absorb so quickly into your system besides something like cocaine or speed possibly which isnt something I would call performance enhancing. And the fact it happened after the 13th round, i find it hard to believe they found something that could be so effective in 6 minutes.

It was A-side Meth definitely. Pryor just walked through Arguello's shots like they were nothing!

I was under the impression it was the drug that is in asthma reliever inhalers. They make it easier for you to breathe by opening the airways wider.

I would of thought that would need to be inhaled, being an asthmatic myself Ive alway been under the impression that something like that would need to go directly into the lungs. If it was to help get oxygen into his blood cells then thats a different story, but that wouldnt react straight away I wouldnt think. Does anyone think this could of been a placebo effect? Maybe Pryors trainer told him that this stuff would make him stronger in the later rounds and he believed it so much that he put more effort in thinking it was working?

That's what Luis Resto claimed in Assault in the Ring. I don't find Resto credible.

Thanks for that. I knew I had heard it somewhere.

I agree, someone who is willing to have all the padding taken out of their glove knowing the dangers that may have to their opponent can never really be deemed credible or decent in any way for that matter.

Agreed. In that film he was also so emotionally wrought and unsteady it seemed he'd have said almost anything anyone wanted him to say. I know my pity should be reserved for the Collins family, but I couldn't help but feel bad for what Resto is.
