The problem with facing Wladimir is that he is fast enough you will not be able to avoid his punches by moving away, and he is punching with that jab behind you so its hard to get out of his range, but also he has become good enough to defensively that it's difficult to land a big punch from the outside. Yet on the inside he clinches right away. I think Haye has that dynamic Pacquiao type power and speed, but Wladimir has amazingly athletic talents in his own right plus a big advantage in size and technique. After watching Eddie Chambers who is roughly as fast as Haye but much better defensively get shut down, I have a hard time seeing Haye getting off his big punches.
But like I said, he's a special fighter with incredible athleticism and power. It's hard to equate how that plays out, but based on his fights with Harrison and Valuev, probably not well.
