Default Will Haye try and box Klitschko rather thasn go for the KO???

EVERY body seems to thin k Haye will be going all out for a KO in this fight.

Does anybody else think that he might supprise us all and try and box his way to victory only going for the stoppage if it comes rather than trying to make it happen.

    Your thoughts?

Baed on the way he fought Valuev (throwing 13 punches a round) and Audley (waltzing with him) I see no resaon to believe Haye will do anything but try to stay away.

^^ Yep. I really doubt Haye will surprise anybody in this fight, he will probably try and play keep away getting stopped eventually.

If Haye tries to run/box like he did against Valuev then he lasts 1 round.
If he plants his feet and tries controlled attacks he can win inside 3. But more likely he goes bye bye inside 3.

He has to trow big shots to give Wlad something to think about , if not Wlad will tear him a new "A" .

Haye will box him without a doubt, the one thing he has over him is speed, so he'll be mad not to use it.

If he can make it a brawl early on the fight, he does have a chance. Outboxing Wlad for 12 rounds sounds too optimistic.

It's pretty common to test the heart of a guy that's been ko'd early. There's the hope there that you can induce panic and get the guy to crumble if you rock him. That being said, you don't want to walk into anything and you know Vlad will be sharp with a jab, line Haye up and test the chin with a 1,2 or a jab then sweeping hook (same hand). Smartest game plan for Haye will be to work on his movement and try to stay away early and land a counter, then pounce (go for the ko), clinch if he can't get it and wait for the ref. Then rinse and repeat. He can brawl but he's gotta be smart about it.
I wouldn't be surprise to see Haye try to slip in an out and pick at the body to draw the defensive attention downstairs and Klitchsko's gloves away from his face.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

I don't see haye as a brawled he's a japper, mover and sometimes counterer.

I expect the first couple rounds to be fairly quiet.

Haye has to hurt Wlad quite early though otherwise he will be steam rollered.

He could try and box, he could try and blast him out. I think we're all missing something though.

The problem with facing Wladimir is that he is fast enough you will not be able to avoid his punches by moving away, and he is punching with that jab behind you so its hard to get out of his range, but also he has become good enough to defensively that it's difficult to land a big punch from the outside. Yet on the inside he clinches right away. I think Haye has that dynamic Pacquiao type power and speed, but Wladimir has amazingly athletic talents in his own right plus a big advantage in size and technique. After watching Eddie Chambers who is roughly as fast as Haye but much better defensively get shut down, I have a hard time seeing Haye getting off his big punches.

But like I said, he's a special fighter with incredible athleticism and power. It's hard to equate how that plays out, but based on his fights with Harrison and Valuev, probably not well.

I think everyone knows my opinion on the fight....I just enjoy people racking their brains trying to figure out how Wlad can be beaten

I reckon it'll be a testy first round by the end of it. Wlad may try to land an early power punch to dictate the flow of the fight, his opponent will probably end up trying to "scare" Wlad like Eddie Chambers did figuring Wlad's never had to deal with a physical brawl....he'll figure wrong as Wlad uses his size, athletic ability, and strength to do what he always does, control pace and distance. Wlad by KO in 6...I doubt a soon to be retiree takes too much punishment before laying down for the 10 count or throwing in the towel.

They will both go out there and box. But when the first big punch lands from Haye, Wlad will shit himself. Haye KO round 4

For some reason, I just have a gut feeling that this fight will be delayed or call off. Just call it a hunch. I won't believe they are fighting until both of them are receiving instructions from the ref inside that ring.

He will try to box, he will try and get past the jab to get on the inside and throw a quick combo to body then head before Wlad clinches then get out on the outside again looking for counters and a way to slip the jabs again.

1st big punch that lands from either fighter and thats then end of the fight imo.

This is how i would see him going about it. Use his superiour speed and footwork to get in and out, and attack the body early to draw Wlad to drop his hands then come in with big uppercuts. No doubt use abit of holding once landed then out again. Easier said than done mind, but thats the plan I see him using.
