Mayweather Seeks Delay of Pacquiao Deposition

I agree with Miles, Pac has taken it too far. I don't know why he didn't just take the test and the fight would have been over and done with by now and Mayweather would still be unbeaten.

If someone accuses somebody of something it's up to the accuser to prove it and not up to the accused.

If Mayweathers accusations go unchecked, then it will go on and on. It just happens that they did it to someone who has the financial resources to go on with a lawsuit. I hope this teaches all of those people involve a lesson.

Anyway, Manny already agreed to the drug test but wasn't given the opportunity to prove he's clean because the accuser did not want to fight.

The suit filed by pacman focus on the way mayweather's camp publicly accuses pacman of PED use prior to any negotiation.. They created fairy tales about a-side meth thing that makes bullet bounce off your skin when you take them, and told every one pac is using them. Does that gave them the leverage of demanding blood tests? Yes.

When the accusation is already affecting you as a productive individual, and it ruins your name and reputation on a certain level, then you need to do what pac just did. People are overreacting to what was very much a satirical self mocking kind of post, but I do believe in 'sticks and stones' not hurting you. You don't cry because someone calls you a girl. Maybe you have a little tantrum, but you get on with things.

Pac taking legal action against Mayweather was a pussy move and I have lost a lot of respect for him because of it. You probably won't get this given the comments you've made but the 'man' is a politician and feels he has to protect his reputation to continue his career aspirations. I heard a late night radio programme while fishing once, where it was on about American pharmacutical companies refusing to advertise in British health magazines because of the claims they make and the lawsuits that could follow.
