Testing is not the only issue for Floyd. There's also glove size and pur$e, which he would still bitch about after they agreed on the drug testing part.

Floyd is doing his best to avoid Pac. Just like what he did to Cotto and Margarito.
Didn't Floyd agreed to the whole 50/50 and every other demands Pac made? Floyd made just one single demand and look what happened.
So you think that Floyd gave in to the 50/50 when that should really be the appropriate split between the two.
Appropiate or not, we all know how Floyd likes to take the bigger piece of the pie. With Pac he agreed to Pac's 50/50 demand when he could have asked for more as he usually does. So he agrees to Pac's demands, he only asks for ONE, which he was willing to take as well (random blood tests) and yet, Pac refuses with bunch of contradicting excuses.

So how do you know what the starting point was? Only specifics were published as speculation but only a few were actually confirmed. Were you a member of either negotiation team? They probably both started out at 75/25 and $15 Million Guarantee and somehow managed to get another $20 million in there to get them both to agree on the 50/50.
