haha I see, I figured it was more a suggestion than a question. I don't many raw uncooked foods, unless you count tomatos and fruit?

I have bought a few bags of nuts, almonds, walnuts and hazlenuts. I've been mixing them with natural yoghurt and fruit, blueberries this week.

I haven't started on any of this health malarkey as I am far too bookish for that, but I have started on this nut eating craze and they aren't bad actually. I have been eating walnuts and almonds and I was expecting to be bored shitless, but they are actually quite tasty.

I am training with two mates who are benching (reps of 10) 130kg. The guy I am starting training with on 27th has gained 6 stone of muscle in the last 10 years and benches 170Kg. It aint easy to train with these guys, when I am benching max 60 Kg - takes forever to keep swappig the weights on the bar for my reps
God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I'll say it again, God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I don't believe in magic, I don't believe in I-ching, I don't believe in bible, I don't believe in tarot, I don't believe in Hitler, I don't believe in Jesus, I don't believe in Kennedy, I don't believe in Buddha, I don't believe in mantra, I don't believe in Gita, I don't believe in yoga, I don't believe in kings, I don't believe in Elvis, I don't believe in Zimmerman, I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me!!

I was wondering with your past and all. The fellow next door here had hep transferred to him at about 8 years old he is around 35 now and nearly lost his liver and eventually his life all through an un-scanned blood transfusion!
Through the whole process he contracted leukemia in his early teens. His family have kept him alive and well through home grown veg and raw jucies as he is used as a guinea pig with all the latest chemo etc, its horrific really. But I tend to think if they just left it to his family who look after him with the production of the raw veg, I think they may have every chance to beat it on their own. Everyone else who has had even a small amount of the treatment they pile on him each month hasn't made it,he has a list of ex buddies on his wall like a war vet. He isnt the toughest in spirit Ive ever seen, he gets very emotional about it all, so I think its his diet thats the winning factor. I know life cant exist over about 140 for very long and we cook at much higher rates so between that and bad chemical farming we dont get much life in food these days.
They hit him with carrot and spinach juices, beets juiced etc, as well as all the fruits.
Raw corn is great peeled straight off the cob too on a hot day, you can feel energy build in you as you eat it. Just a thought for the inner structure to support your new improved outer structure.

Trouble is with bean sprouts and cucumbers terrorising half of Europe and hundreds of people dropping dead in Germany, it seems like a bad time to start increasing my intake of fruit and veg

I couldn't work out from your story if this guy you are talking about is now dead or still alive?
