To a certain degree I have to say Morales vs Pac 1 and In Jin Chi. Also Foreman vs Lyle comes to mind as well as Castillo vs Corrales 1

I dunno. I mean if it results in a win it has to be right. Some guys find a different gear they seldom use or had not honed where some just stick with a style and work off strengths. On Barkley I think he falls into that. Hearns showed he could be shook vs Roldon and Kinchen recent and Barkley though simple could always soak up leather, he just found the Jack n' the box on Hearns.

What about a Morrison. Lived on left hook and power, had been gassed and bounced like a jump ball prior but really boxed and kept head vs Foreman. Virgil hill blitzing Tiozzo for early ko.

Humberto Gonzalez going from seek and destroy on Carbajal ( minus the left hook that put a crease in his grey matter) to turning boxer next two.

Morales out boxed Manny in the first fight, it was only in round 12 that he started fighting silly, think he turned southpaw and nearly got stopped. The other 11 rounds he soundly out boxed Manny.

Castillo v Corrales is a good one, Diego never like using his height and reach and preferred to brawl which was costing him in this fight until he turned it all around in dramatic fashion.
