Lets be real, Miles, if you stubbed your toe it would cause a barney with your wife, you'd hobble out to the nearest gay bar (recklessly drinking 4 bottles of 3% strength beer) and then make a thread about it.

There's no way you could possibly deal with a broken toe.

I've played sports with a broken toe. It isn't fun, but if you are going to play, you play. You don't bitch about it later.

Haye's toe wasn't his problem. it was his heart. He pulled an Ibragimov by refusing to try to win. He should be ashamed.

Just to put Haye's toe injury in perspective, Adamek broke his nose a few weeks or so before the war he had with Paul Briggs, which took him out of sparring in preparation for the fight, and the nose began to bleed profusely pretty much right after the fight began. Adamek, however, went into the fight with a broken nose and then afterward never blamed his performance on the broken nose.

One of my old work colleagues phoned in sick once because he had poked himself in the eye whilst administering some eye drops. Funnily enough, he received a written warning.
