Kessler essentially ducked a fight with Bute to fight Stieglitz just so we're all clear. Abraham has as much of a chance against Bute as Pavlik. Dirrell is out indefinitely. Bute has already beat Bika. Other than the Ward v. Froch winner, and given Kessler dodged Bute, Pavlik is not a bad fight between now and the winner of the S6.

Agree 100%. Bute vs. the winner (or loser, even) of Froch/Ward is obviously the key fight. But in the meantime, Pavlik is about as good a fight as you can make without moving him up to fight Pascal, Hopkins, Dawson, or Cloud.
