Well I actually bought one of those resistance bands and I dont know if I am doing it wrong or what, but I cant seem to get enough "resistance" to feel anything. It just feels a little useless to me. For some reason I do my shadowing boxing with it and it pulls your arms back so fast you dont even feel any restrant to improve anything. I dont know. If there are some other techniques to do I would be happy to learn about them so I can actually have use out of the thing.
