Yes there is a wealth of knowledge on here including all kinds of books you can download and vids. Are you an inside fighter or outside fighter? I just watched your vid again and your stance looked pretty good except for a couple times I seen you put your wieght on your heels and it may have been because your stance was too square. If you stand more sideways it helps with balance also your a smaller target and your jab hand will be way closer to your target. And I know you said your just getting back into it and you know your hands were down but you got to got to got to keep them hands up, even more so when your tired and outta shape cause when your tired and get lazy is when you will get cracked. But of course whose hands dont sag when there tired lol. Another thing, when working the bag, slow them punches down a bit and work on more control and power. Thats not to say you cant hit like you were in your vid but its good to slow it down and throw good hard, in control, crisp punches for a few rounds too, which will help your power and build endurance for throwing power punches. If I think of anything else I will post again, theres always something that someone can work on lol. Sorry for rambling I just love boxing and I can box all day as well as talk about boxing all day. Gotta love our sport. Of course if you have any questions just ask. Alot of techniques depend on your own personal style, so something I tell you may not be compatable with your style. For instance if your an inside fighter with a low stance you could be comfortable with a more square stance. There is so many techniques in boxing I dont think its possible for one person to wrap there head around it all. For instance the many ways to throw and use a jab, and the jab is the most basic punch there is.
