Default Looks like Khan is starting to get serious mainstream exposure in the US

He's on the front page of ESPN here in the US after the Judah fight. This is like the 3rd time it's happened. The first was his debut in the US against Malignaggi and then after his fight against Maidana. No, he's not on the level of Mayweather and Pacquiao yet. But who knows, if he keeps on winning and be in exciting fights he might get there.

Yeah I know people do not like him and I am not trying to over hype his win tonight. But khan is awesome and will only get better. I already thought that after the malignaggi fight but was just waiting to see for sure

Kha is the only fighter in Britain capable of carrying PPV's any more. He?s a massive potential star and I love the fact he keeps on suceeding and sticking two fingers up at the haters.

Plus it's also satisyfing that after the Prescott loss I was pretty much the only guy on here still on the bandwagon and publically said that in a couple years time he'd be on top of the world and capable of beating Marquez and everyone laughed, the way they did when I said Mijares was not that great and would soon be beat.

Bilbo's next tip. Robert Gurrero the next breakout star. He will stomp Maidana and knock him out in a hugely unexpected beat down. You heard it here first.

I'm afraid that's a little too obvious to be an exclusive prediction

Props for sticking with Khan though.

Khan is doing well for himself and fair play to the guy. He will seemingly fight whoever is out there. It's a shame Bradley refused to step it up when it mattered though. He seems to have gone all gay wanting to cash in his chips with a mega fight of some sort. I'm kind of over the Barrera fight now too.

To be fair Ive been bigging Gurrero up for a while. I told everyone the Katsidis fight would be a mismatch too.

I was a bit out though as I didn't think Kats would make it past 7 rounds.

I think Khans speed and strength showed last night and he is only going to get better. Judah had no power in his shots. Khan always looks big for the weight and seems to have strength over his opponent all the time.

As i have said before he has come on leaps and bounds and he will get some big fights in the future but i think it shows he has a lot of work to do. He is good at throwing a lot of fast straight shots but when it comes to sticking hooks and uppercuts in with it he doesn't look overly comfortable.

I am starting to appreciate him though but regardless of where Prescott is now in comparison there always should have been a rematch in my eyes.

I think you've indirectly hit the nail on the head. Maybe it's a matter of physicallity. Prescot was bigger than Khan and that was at Lightweight. Find me someone bigger than Khan and I'll find you someone Khan doesn't want to fight.

How about Alvarez? I know that he a stome hevaier than Khan and that at the moment that fight is way off, but if Alvarez stays at 154, I can see Khan being there within 2 years. Thing is Alvarez is a beast at 154, the guys neck and back are huge, he will probably be at Middle in 2 years. It's a fight that I would love to see though!
