Everybody here (Bute included) would have preferred Kessler instead of Pavlik or Johnson, unfortunately Mikkel chose Stieglitz and the WBO belt. So at least this time is not Bute fault.

Well RDS announced yesterday the same thing: Bute vs Pavlik more or less a done deal, it remains to be officially announced.

Kelly has a fight scheduled Aug. 6th or Saturday after next. Assuming he wins, it wouldn't seem like a fight scheduled for November gives him much time to prepare for a championship fight with Bute?

As for Pavlik vs Bute, it might be a decent scrap.

As for Pavlik vs Bute, it might be a decent scrap.

Fight would be november 6-7, so more or less 3 months after PAvilk's fight. Should give him way enough time to recover and to prepare.

As for Canoe, Everything by Quebecor is suspect but as for sports, they are normally damn pin point accurate. I and the Bute clan wanted Kessler too but the Vicking decided to go for Stieglitz... not much you can do in the circumstances.
