Brawlfest 2008 Tsurkan Vs. Feliciano FNF's

Ok, this fight is a dream match-up for fans of all out brawls! I wouldn't be surprised if there were no jabs thrown in this one. Neither of these guys likes to take step backwards, and they have offsetting attributes. Tsurkan has some power but not a lot of boxing ability to fully utilize it. Feliciano has a granite chin and not much else really. The matchup looks like a Tsurkan K.O. on paper but Feliciano has the kind of chin that could absorb Tsurkans shots and wear Tsurkan out. This will be a war of attrition, and I'm sure there's gonna be multiple knockdowns. The undercard listed is a obscure Polish Heavyweight named Albert Sosnowski, I'm not expecting much from him considering I've never heard of him and he's like 45-2, probably mostly fights in Poland.

Good week for ESPN2, tonight is one of those fights that casual boxing fans dream of. I too am really looking forward to seeing this toughman contest.

Joe Hanks also fights tonight, he's a heavyweight from NYC who has some outrageous hair. When he was an amateur he would have giant hair out and over his headgear it looked like the headgear had hair extensions on top.

But he was cheif sparring partner to Klitschko prior to the Calvin Brock fight and does have some talent. Had a good look at a lot of young heavyweights on early on in the year. Hopefully we get Hanks.
