Should Verno Phillips (currently #3) remain rated? He has not fought since losing to Paul Williams on the 29th of November ’08?

I say move him to the pool if he hasn't signed a fight by March we need to drop him altogether, because it will have been 2 years since he won.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Vanes has been doing a lot recently to be worthy of entry & I think this fight is more than deserving of entry. Granted Ouma hasn't been great of late, but all his losses since the Taylor fight have been close & controversial. If he beats a fight of Martirosyan's quality, he deserves to be back in the mix. Equally a win for Martirosyan is the proof that he's becoming a major player in the division & a title shot will surely be up next.
Anyway, your views?
Hell no. Vanes hasn't stepped up his comp level. And Ouma is just done
I said yes, because the division is full of part timers. It's not ideal, but we need bodies in there.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Personally I'd still...shocker...put Lopez well ahead of Vanes or a used up Ouma.Needs to fight at 154 again but I think rank is long overdue
