I wonder who King has left? Cloud retired.
I wonder who King has left? Cloud retired.
Carla Caiz can go get fucked for her score, hopefully by mejust wanted to get that in. Stop making a woman judge every important fight just to be politically correct, it's horse shit. Wait til there are competent woman judges. With that said, you can defend her scorecard. You can't defend Chavez Jr, his attitude was a joke.
Is this the thread for this fight?
Is Stevenson that good, or was Cloud that bad,! I've never really been sold on Cloud I find him plodding
and slow, no head movement slow feet.
Cloud is tough good power, but easy to out box is Stevenson that good I feel not, but he was good
enough to beat Cloud, is Stevenson the best in the division NO I don't think so.
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Fact.
I had Molitor heading towards the P4P list, Bute smashing Froch, Pascal being a flash in the pan (FWIW I still think you can argue he beat Hopkins in their rematch), Stevenson being a place-holder for a real titlist like Cloud... I can't think of any other Canadian fighters, but if you can name one then I bet I can come up with a completely wrong prediction about them.
Oddly enough, aside from Molitor, I can't stand any Canadian fighters.
Well in your defence Molitor is the only relevant fighter in years who is actually Canadian![]()
Meh, I don't actually give a shit where a fighter is from. I liked Molitor though because he seemed to be the real deal and I thought it would be good for boxing in Canada to have a successful fighter outside of Quebec just in terms of the popularity of the sport - all of his fights were being carried on TSN and he was really generating some interest domestically. Then, he fought his first decent opponent and got ruined.
I actually can't think of another Canadian fighter I like - Pascal has grown on me, but the rest can all fuck off. Watching Froch, probably my favourite fighter, smash Bute against all expectations (mine included) was brilliant. But you're right, none of those other guys are actually Canadian.
Yea I know, just saying lol. Come to think Donny Lalonde might be the last Canadian who came anywhere close to elite for a length of time![]()
Or I guess Kirk Johnson if you want to call him top tier, believe he was born in Canada.
Don't forget Dan Sherry.
