I say he remains rated, because he has expressed interest in fighting at 154 for his next fight. If his next fight is not at 154 I say we drop him then.

Last I heard he had full intention of being 154 and last fought there.Think he goes to pool at 154 (inactive 1 yr)but thats not the question I know.Therefore 160 pool he goes.Inactive is inactive.Why he is...I dont know.
