Well, as I've said somewhere here, I've seen it coming and came well-prepared for it, though I have to admit not in such a manner, but I didn't count out the KO if he came out recklessly overconfident. Though he fought in a way I wanted this time, I was concerned about his 'unusual' confidence for this fight and said somewhere here that it was a case of overconfidence. And of course, not to mention the superb motivation and training/conditioning of Juan M. Marquez, giving credit where credit is due; I think it's the motivation (it can move mountains) that counts the most here, something Pac has lost somewhere along the way...
And for me, it's time to move on, no hatin' or nitpicking, and that goes for all pac-fans here, it's time to just let it go and move on...
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
What is interesting from this result is that although Marqeuz is 1-3 against Pacquiao i think history will see him in a better light? Maybe fight 5 is on the cards? Then again i have believed that Pacquiao has been washed up for the past 12 months and if Bradley didn't prove it then a 39 year old Juan Manuel Marquez certainly did.
Even though he got KTFO, I think this is the best Manny has looked since Cotto (and I've been adamant that he's been on the decline since), so I'm not sure if retirement is a must. Manny showed more head movement and used the jab better tonight against Juan than he has in most of his recent fights. He just was careless against a great fighter and Marquez made him pay for it. I think tonights fight is good for fans who always go on about guys not wanting to finish enough, remember that the other man can flip the script in a minute like Juan did. I see Pacquiao winning a 5th fight if it takes place because Juan was hit uncharacteristically by a lot of Pacquiao shots last night. I'd love to see JMM ride into the sunset with this victory, what a way to end a legendary career it would be. I may be in the minority but with what Manny showed last night I'd still be game for the Mayweather fight, granted not until a tune up because we'll have to see if his punch resistance is gone after that brutal KO. All in all, a great night for boxing.
History says to me that after a knockout like that if he fights a puncher again he will end up the same way.

Just watched the HBO feed. First of all, what a great fight. I don't think it should beat out Alvardo for FOTY, but it probably will.
Secondly, I thought the HBO team came across as very biased towards Manny Pacquaio, which I suppose makes sense as he is the house fighter. Still, they ignored a lot of what Marquez was doing, especially his body work after round 3.
I'm still pissed I didn't get to see it live.

I want to see it glorious 1080pI want to see my favourite tactician land that punch and hear it with my surround sound. I can wait two weeks for that
