My shoes roll at the heel, they wear down fast on one side of me RT foot . causing my leg to roll . a by product of this is knee instability and ankle sprain. . I solved this problem by getting new shoes on a regular basis ...amazing what new shoes can do. . you might look into it mate.

^I realized that before, but caught it early. My solution is an excuse to buy more shoes, the shoes more you have the less are going to wear out. Don't get me wrong though I don't have a stockpile of shoes like a woman does, I have my running shoes, a few casual shoes, and a pair for a special occasion like when I become someone's best man.

I think newbalance is a good pair of running shoes, they're more durable therefore you can put more miles into them. It's also good to have good running habits in mind, along with the write know-how in doing any particular movement.

I went to a foot biomechanics seminar a few nights ago (seminars are $5 a pop from local sports med clinic - major BARGAIN) and i was told not to wear my running shoes for boxing training.

Where I am there's only one brand of mens boxing boots available and I have a woman's narrow feet so they are no better for my boxing than my running shoes.

The podiatrist recommended i buy net ball shoes for boxing and keep my runners just for running. Apparently runners are not made to offer any support for lateral movement.

I don't know but I'd guess there are countless contributing factors to injuries and the wrong shoes might be one for some people in some cases.

(I don't think net ball is a worldwide sport so for those who don't know it's a common, Australian female dominated hard court team game similar but different to basketball)

Sounds like you had a very mild case of plantar fasciitis.

Where's middleweight with the MRI results?
