Kimbo takes alot of shot's to the face in his street fights but I never see him get lumped up, not even against Sean Gannon, his face is made out of leather like Mayorga.

Although I don't rate Kimbo as a boxer...basically because it's apparent that he has very little to NO training...I would love to see him become a heavyweight boxer.

I'd love to see someone train him & turn him into something...but the question would be does he have the will to maintain control in the ring instead of resorting to street wise tactics?

Having seen the fight, yes its true he got his ass beat, but only after like 10 mins of straight fighting against a guy who knew how to grapple and use knees and shat. Mercer is not a muay thai kickboxer or fukin grappler, so this should be a differnt type of fight, mostly guys throwin hands, thats why its a big deal. Ex-WBO champ Mercer vs. Street fighting champ Kimbo. It's a novelty fight.

It will be embarassing for boxing if the man who gave Lewis and Evander tough fights gets beaten up by some street fighter and for those reasons I hope Mercer does a number on Kimbo . Another reason is cuz Kimbos been fighting complete bums and his crew all big him up for it . I'd like to see him huimbled the first time he takes on someone who knows what he's doing .
