    Cotto

If RJJ won I would drop Cotto from the list and place RJJ at #10.
Good list! But where would you place Joe after the fight should he lose?

Exactly what I was going to type. If RJJ wins he should definitely be a top 10 p4p. Probably in the 5-10 range.

A RJJ win would be the upset of the decade so far.

get off of joes sack before you get pregnant. and upset of the decade boi stop i think you need to watch more fighters than calzaghe
And lets start to look at the evidence.

Roy Jones Jr will not win by decision, thats fantasy. his only hope is that he stops Calzaghe. This is something Jones Jr has been unable to do in 6 (SIX) YEARS. Thats right his last KO was in 2002.
His last fight, he could not even manage to knock out a blown up welter weight. This would be the upset of the decade for Jones to win.
I see nothing other than a Calzaghe KO.

I find p4p list's make me dizzy but off the top I don't think so.Fighters in the top ten should be evaluated on there most resent accomplishments and fights, not so much there past victory's and past skills, which in Jones case are undeniable.A change in one's division rankings is one thing and sensible but p4p should be consistent, fighting at there peak best and on paper matched up with every other fighter out there for comparison Imo.

Surely he would be placed higher than Hopkins right? especially if Hopkins loses to Pavlik.

Wow, way to not give credit where it would be due. If Roy wins it only means Calzaghe's suddenly way over-the-hill?

Unless Calzaghe just stands there and let's Roy punch him to death I say Jones makes the p4p list if he wins.
    Oops

In answer to the topic title . YES cuz he would have beaten the best p4p fighter IMO . Also when Oscar knocks out Pac he will break back into the top 10

And that is really the only realistic way RJJ can win. Calzaghe on a bad day beat Hopkins. RJJ, a man who has knocked noone out in SIX years should be a breaze. Who did RJJ fight last? A blown up welterweight, thats comedy preparation for Calzaghe.

that blown up welter weight has a better name than anyone on calzaghes resume except for hopkins. and its clear you didnt watch the fight with hopkins, calzaghe landed nothing clean got knocked down in the 1st and fought a bhops pace. boi stop
