Honest to jesus, this english press just go completely overboard about ANYTHING they get success in. Now im not having a pop at Haye personally as i was pleased for him, but i saw a sky sports reporter ask some american guy who had something to do with Haye, "Who and where will Haye fight AFTER hes beat Ruiz?". Have ya ever heard arrogance like it? Thats what disgusts me bout the english media. It paints a picture that all english are arrogant and dismissive like that when it couldnt be further from the truth. They,re still talking bout valeuv like hes some ogre from a kids fairytale when in actual fact he came across with a lot of humility and took his defeat well. But that assumption bout beating Ruiz really made me laugh.

I heard Haye is flying to Vegas on friday to be at the COtto-Pacquiao fight and get some face time from HBO.


Haye really seems to have the world at his fingers right now and I hope to see him grasp it.


Haters say what they will, but a good looking charismatic heavyweight who brings action and excitement (he deserves a free pass like everyone else no and then, like for Valuev) will have a trickle down effect that will help a lot of people in the sport.


And he's an unknown in the US yet but unless he royally f's up somehow he won't be for long. He exploded over night in the UK from what I've read.


Match him up with a Klitschko at Staples or vegas and put on a countdown or 24/7 (on with Haye and a Klit would be great) and he's a super star here over night too

Smash everyone is celebrating in one way or another. The fans are chuffed to bits and cant wait for him to fight someone a bit smaller so the sparks can fly, the ones who hate him cant wait for him to fight the Klitschko's to get smashed up.

Bilbo can also take his man lust for Haye up a notch without sounding too obvious.

I think Haye should be celebrated forsure, but it does remind me of the England National side a tad. Win a few games and be hailed as the next winner of the world cup. Now if we put the world cup into boxing context, say beating either of the Klits, I would say we fall short again.

Hell, despite this i'm excited as hell for the guy. Although to be honest, nothing but a smashing KO over Ruiz will do, otherwise he won't really add anything to his record, RJJ did it with ease over twelve. Heres to hoping that there are some great nights of Haye smashin up some heavies and not dancing around too much.
