Ricky should stay retired , he has had some hard fights , and i dont think his chin will ever be the same after PACMAN demolished him , also going up and down in weight is stating to take its toll.

You probably couldn't fight sleep.I no my self after 10 pints I can fight myselfTraining hard to lose weight ? i didn't know downing 10 pints and eating bacon sarnies was the new rad weight losing program.
