    Hey Wayne, that is also good advice. Today i just hit the focus mits and just went slow and really tried to work on my form and think about what i was doing and what i was gonna do next... it was a little awkward and annoying at times but i know if i just keep it up, itll come to me.

    Love the advice so far and have been putting it to use at the gym and have been seeing results... I look forward to anymore tips you fellas have to offer

    The trick is to not overthink too much Killer, the brain and eyes will fuck things up if you let them, try to feel instead, express yourself when your punching and moving and you will progress dont worry about that, keep at it, it takes time but after a year or so you wont regret it, have fun

    Funny thing is, i noticed that when i finally did just relax and enjoy what i was doing my coach and i noticed i was moving better and more fluid...

    Good advice fellas, so far all of what you guys have said has worked. Like i said ill keep you updated, and ill be posting with some more questions as they come up.
