I think he's going away from most P4P list on May 1st, that will be exactly 1 year since he fought Mosley.
He should be taken off for inactivity.

BoxRec inexplicably currently has lil floid #1 at Welterweight.
I don't see how 2 fights in 3½ years warrants any Top 5 ranking at all.
One fight was against a fat, old Featherweight, career 126 pounder who floid called all the way up to Welterweight, against whom floid weighed in a few lbs over the contracted weight and still danced to a sleep-inducing 12 rd decision.
The 2nd fight was to a 38 year old shadow of Shane Mosley who still almost cracked lil floid out of there inside of 2 rds.
the same old Featherweight that had just gotten robbed by Pacquiao a year earlier and the same old Shane Mosley who Pacquiao is now facing and his fanboys are trying to hype up as a legitimate challenge, it goes both ways buddy
and Floyd is listed as #1 at welterweight because he's still the Lineal Welterweight Champion, unlike Manny who just holds a strap
In the same time-period during the past 3½ years and floid's 2 fights, Pacquiao fought 9 times (including the Mosley fight 12 days from now) :
Marco Antonio Barrera
Juan Manuel Marquez
David Diaz
Oscar De La Hoya
Ricky Hatton
Miguel Angel Cotto
Joshua Clottey
Antonio Margarito
and upcoming Shane Mosley.
^ Whew, what a murderers' row there!! Top, most dangerous guys around. That's balls.
