I don't give a fuck what they do, as far as i'm concerned they shouldn't be allowed in this country. Send them back to Cuba and Castro. If you've got a problem with that quite frankly, I don't want to hear it.

More informed and thoughtful commentary from you. Par for the course. Are they taking American boxing jobs? Is that the issue? Lol.

I am glad I don't have to spend much time in bumfuck Texas.

Instead of hijacking this "boxing" thread why don't you start one of your own, in the "lets get it on" section.

Hmm, interesting. The U.S. takes in Cubans as a spite to Castro. So Rigondeaux is far from one of Castro's boys, actually quite the opposite. Their defection is a perfectly legal process here in the United States. Odd.

Anyways, I'm big on Rico Ramos but it will take a KO against Rigondeaux and unfortunately I don't see it happening.

I don't know why SHOBOX comes on so fucking late Friday night, the Rico Ramos - Rigondeaux card starts @ 11:00 PM ET here in North America.

For what's it's worth, Rigondeaux defected to the U.S. in July 2007, a month later he decided to return home to Cuba.
In February 2009, Rigondeaux defected again, but only after Cuban leader Fidel Castro stated that Rigondeaux would not box again for the Cuban team because of the 2007 defection. So basically he's back in the U.S., only because he was rejected by Castro and can't fight on the Cuban team.

Having said that, i'd like to see this thread be about the fight tomorrow night, Rigondeaux figures to be too much for Rico, but i'd love to see the upset.

I heard Rigondeaux was knocked out in the gym with head gear on, Ramos has shown he can punch so I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him score the KO!

Interesting. I still don't think Ramos has anything to trouble him, but it doesn't bode well for his future if true.

Why do you post such bullshit then Mars? Anyone who isn't a dumb hick is going to have a problem with the kind of sentiment you throw around sometimes. If you don't want to hear why, then don't post yourself

Looking forward to this fight. Quality match-up and sorts out the WBA mess at the sametime. Rigo KO win for me.

It's my opinion, if you don't like it don't read it, BTW, this thread is about the fight tonight, can we stick to that?

If you and Shza want to start a thread about Castro, Cuba, defectors, how i'm a dumb hick, what a shithole Texas is, please take it to "lets get it on" and bash away.
