Chris Senior is actually hampering his sons progress by hogging the limelight and refusing to put his son in with sterner opposition. How many less talented fighters would get away without stepping it up for so long? Eubank Sr is disrespecting the sport of boxing with his stupid comments and you are defending him. The guy is an oaf.

I like Eubank Sr, but I agree with Beanz about what he's doing with Jr, all that bullshit that Steve Bunce and co were spouting about him "taking the pressure off Jr," no he's not, he's reliving his past fame through his son, he clearly loves being the centre of attention.

If his son was pony it would be a complete farce, but the fact he is obviously talented makes it a wrongun.

Your right Sr loves the lime light, but the only difference is Jr is doing the fighting, yes he's likes to
give a sermon if given a simple question about his son, I find it funny other people get infuriated
    it's how you take them.
One simple fact Jr does look a good prospect, he may not be the finished article but I feel if Billy
Joe faces him, Billy Joe is going to lose inside the distance.
I give Billy Joe some credit he is the Champion and he deserves respect, but I feel he's over achieved
as he is far from World class, he may get a shot at a World title but all of the currant Champs would
    be to big a ask.

You are all wrong. Senior is the best dad/trainer/manager/mentor anyone would wish to have supporting them and guiding their career. Junior will shine when the moment comes but let him learn his trade because once you get to a certain level of expectation, there is no going back.

What is the etymological derivation of the word "pony" for rubbish please?
