Wlad has to contradict near everything he has been going into this. He's already refused to do that first time around, and very late on he looked gassed and stumbling. His legs had more give than his chin really. Fury has genuine proof to go with his boasting now, he literally did whatever he wanted when he wanted. You can only go by a last performance and physically I think Fury can duplicate. The fight resembled a pick and poke pose off to me but its Wlad who has to make the changes here and go on a hunt. Can see Fury getting cocky-dumb knowing he has done it before. Pressure on him to keep it realistic, leveled and not forget Wlads name and skillset and walk into a brick while he is mugging for the camera one too many times or pulling up his trunks.

Where is Wlad while we're at it? He's been mute with recent action in division.

I have a bet with Ross on this one. If either guy wins or if a draw comes about, Ross will leave the forum

I have to say I think Wlad is going to turn him over myself, I just can't see a guy as intelligent as Wlad taking the rematch without knowing where he went so terribly wrong and I also can't see Fury going 24 rounds without taking any serious power punches from Klitschko.
There is no way Wlad beats Fury in a rematch

What's Wlad going to do different ?

1 - Wlad Goes All Out Guns Blazing

You have as much chance of banging a nun than this happening. But let's say he does, well Wlad is not by nature an all out, all action fighter and you can't turn into one of them in the space of 6 months.

So even if (And that's a big if) Jonathan Banks (His Trainer) does get Wlad to be more aggressive, throw more punches, fight at a higher pace. Even in that unlikely scenario he's get beats and badly at that.

Because of his programming of 20 years of no risk, jab, jab, hold, overhand right boxing. He's going to stick with that and thus his aggressiveness wont be as effective as he will revert to type and his come forward, throwing bombs attack wont be an all out assault. It will only be at 60% and even then, Fury is younger, fitter and stronger, so he wont be able to sustain it.

    2) Wlad Tries To Outbox Fury

Again. He could not do it last time. Why this time ? At the age of 40 and against an even more confident champ who is bigger than him.

    3) Focus on knocking out Fury

Problem is that opens Wlad to being knocked out himself. Though I think Wlad has a better chin than Fury. I think Fury has better powers of recovery.

Fury reminds of Felix Trindad when he get's knocked down. He regains his faculties, very quick. Where as if Fury get's Wlad in trouble or down I think he'll get him out of there

The motivation is with Fury. Does Wlad really want a dog fight when he has millions in the bank ? Does he really want to bite down and go to war ? I don't see Wlad like that. I see him more of a Tyson than a Holyfield.

Has Wlad ever won a hard fight ? I can't remember. I think he'll punk out, like Tyson did every time someone stood up to him. Betting on Fury is licence to print Money.

If I was pricing this up I'd go 1/5 Fury. 5/1 Wlad

Perhaps bookmakers thought Fury was lucky the first time? That Wlad was not himself.

It was a 75-25 split last time. Now 50-50. Nothing to do with luck.

That’s pretty much what I think to. Its all upstairs. I've never seen him fight that scared. He was petrified and it was all because Fury could get to him over the top. He's never had to deal with that. Still don’t get the sponge surface he works out on. I bet they change that up

There is nothing that is really stopping him from making the adjustments because one of them is kind of necessary. Letting your freakin hands go. Did he even through a right hand. Dr broken hammer needs to get over that hurdle of he will get beat worse. Maybe they should hire a hypnotist.
