Ive been working along these lines for a good few years. I actually stopped training boxers to give myself time to work on it, and experiment. Ive never been a 3 shadow , 3 bag, 3skip, do your ground work, see you later man, it would bore the shit outa me. In any science the word is Why does it work ,Why doesnt it, Were looking for the Truth. Youre looking for Excelance or to be the best you can, the more knowledge you gain, the better your chances of success. I had a phone call tonight from the father of a 15 year old runner I train whose a 2 min 800 metre runner,He was doing 200 metre sprint work tonight and knocked 1 1/2 secs of his P B, doing some of the stuff Ive shown you, the other stuff will come in time, I think seeing is the best way to do it, its getting the time to vidio the stuff.

    Scrap,
there is also alot of phenonema linked to the mind /body that no one has been able to explain away other than to place it in 'energy terms' first; which leads us further into the negatives/positives/frequency/ etc all the way down another line into genetics and the frequencies taken on board through parents etc, (aside from the physical traits).

Positive outlooks/feelings and positive surges of energy make you feel better ,work better and enjoy better health than those people who dont have them.

Power is an issue with everyone and we dirive our well being from it on every or any level .

Neurobiologist Candice Pert has proven that neuropeptides (the cemicals triggered by emotions) are thoughts converted into matter!
Further she states that; mind cannot be sperated from the body in this!
As the same kind of cells that manufacture emotional chemistry in the brain are also active and present throughout the whole body,so much so that the body often reacts emotionally before the brain has time to .

Building on these links and getting them set into an active emotional and thought stream also helps acheivments dramatically.

Game it usually means youve got good vision meaning equel sight, youre ambidextras use either hand and good working inner ear. Youre not to dominant on one side we played a little game for a couple off years with as many people as we could find. It was arm wrestling with opposite arms and eyes open , then with dominant eye shut, then the less dominant eye shut. every time thats about 400 people they were stronger, with the less dominant side with the dominant eye shut, in fairness still trying to work that one out.

Sohail, it shows you the inbalance in the muscular system through I beleive, eyesight. Your dominant eye dictates which side is preferred to perform an action. Theirs more parifarell vision in the dominant eye, the weak side is short sighted in comparison.I think you see the effect of this in soccer, its common for footballers to have bad hips groin, and lower back problems because of it, and the problem is easily solved. Try this on a running track, but have someone with you to warn you when you do it. Middle lane with eyes shut sprint 50 metres, see which lane you finnish up in, that should give you a clue.

By the way, the lads I work with keep in the same lane for 50 metres and it takes 6 secs. Its all down to feel and the right preparation.

If you serve someone a slice of pie with the point facing away from them most people will turn the point towards them before they eat it.
