Here's my to do list for Hatton to become an ATG

    1) Beat Castillo at 140
    2) Rematch Collazo and beat him convincingly at 147
    3) Stay undefeated
    4) Defeat PBF or ODLH at any weight

He could probably be considered an ATG for England not worldwide yet.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Though his win over Tszyu was huge, stil it's not enough to be considered an ATG....

Theres still a few things he needs to accomplish in order to be an ATG.....

(Thats why I laugh when people say Naz is an ATG)

    "what if he retired today"

    Jeees.

He aint retiring for another couple of years - until, in his own words, he's had a couple of barnstormer's stateside at Vegas and MSG.

For Hatton,Id say unify the titles, beat Castillo,Corrales, fight either PBF or Cotto and rematch Collazo then he would be a great.

If he leaves the sport without fighting Collazo again,I'll always remember that because he said at least twice that he would give him a rematch and that's disrespectful becuause firslty Collazo gave him a shot and second,he took Luis belt, his ranking and has left him in limbo!

Ricky does indeed bring the pain

He is probably at ATG status in the UK now yeah, but on a world level nowhere near. He needs to fight and beat Cotto (will NOT be easy at 147, although Cotto is untested at this weight), Castillo (should do him) maybe even zab/Corrales. I dont think rematching Collazo will effect his legacy, he already has the win, not a convincing one to be fair.

Beating floyd at 147 would be definate ATG status, it would close the book, end of argument. Unfortunatley Ricky cant beat Floyd at 147... At MOST Ricky would give Floyd TROUBLE at 140 and thats it, IMO.

So ATG great status on a WORLD level for Rick is prob not gonna happen. Which is a shame because he is a good lad.

So what im saying is, the guys mentioned above ^ Rick HAS to beat to achieve ATG status...Im just not sure he can beat them..

And dont get me wrong here, im a fan of the guys, When he beat szyu it took me about 2 days to come down from the buzz. BUT I just aint sure how seriously he takes his boxing, im not kidding. WTF is he thinking with his weight between fights? I know its an old subject, and he's done if for a long time. But ffs he needs to show himself/the sport a bit more respect. You aint gonna catch Mayweather walking round 3 stones over his fight weight. This is whats gonna catch Ricky out in the long run..

He has fought 37 of his 41 fights in and around England against opponents most boxing fans outside of England would even recognize. But, he did deafeat a 36 year old Kostya Tszyu. Does his victory over a diminishing 36 year old Kostya Tszyu make him on of the top fighters today. It has even been said that Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather has been ducking Hatton. What I have to say about that, if that is truly what the public thinks the sport of Boxing is in more trouble than can ever be expected.

You really think so mate? Or are you just trying to be like Starr when she likes to go row against the current and predicts outrages things?

Dunno, hes fast and all but IMO the thing that bothers me the most is his stands his feet are way toooo far apart I mean any more and he would be doing the split..... I think both Haye and Enzo can become world champs....
