I think this one comes down to who dictates the pace of the fight, the trainers and how well they get their fighters to listen to them. On styles alone there's a clear way to win for each fighter.
Stafford wants Broner to track Khan down and not give Khan room to pounce at his leisure, From there force him to engage by baiting him with angles and feints and then counter him. There's no way broners going to straight out jab Khan by standing in the center just taking things at Khans pace. Broner's there to be hit, but his fast counters and shoulder rolling really have the potential to sting Khan if khans to hellbent on knocking broner out.
Virgil hunter is going to want Khan to circle and peck at broner and wear him down from a perimeter. So he has to keep Khan from lunging and jousting linear attacks that take him right through the middle of broners range and dropping golden counter opportunities in broners lap. Khan needs to throw punches in bunches so that Broner has something to think about when opening up to counter. A jab to broners body to keep him from advancing on Khan when hes along the ropes, wouldn't be a bad idea either.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Fight wont happen yet as khan is better at 147 and broner at 140.
I do think khan beats broner and it would make the most money for him so it would have to be at a catchweight.
