Taken risks....Margarito is a bigger risk than anyone he has fought in 4 years including Baldo...... and Henry Brusseles isn't a cab driver?!
Bro I'd rate Castillo, Ndou, Corley & Judah as bigger risks than Margarito would pose. Since 2002 Floyds fought opposition with a 335-29-6 combined record compared to Margarito with 235-25-5. So whose fought the better competiton in the last 4 years.
Castillo perhaps but the other three shows you been readin to many of those Grand Rapids newspapers.
Bro Ndou was a great little fighter, he only lost a split decision to Hlatswayo who I feel is one of the best lightweights around today. If Ndou had remained active after that defeat he would also be in the mix at lightweight. Judah come on the guys got skills & would whip Margaritos a** with ease. I would even favour Corley to decision Margarito!!!
dude lay off the crack Margarito KO's Judah in 4

    why?
    because he beat cintron?

cc bro if Margarito couldn't KO Santos he ain't gonna stop Judah!!!
    cc returned
so now margaritos gonna fight clottey (an opponent whos a lot more on margaritos level)

i wonder what happens if margarito wins..............
i can hear his fans now "antonio margarito beat kermit cintron AND joshua clottey, what more does he have to do to fight mayweather? "

Please.............. the only person hes ever dissed is himself for turning down the Margarito fight.

But I will say that fighting Baldomir instead of Spinks earns him more respect and makes it a fair choice.

I enjoy watching Mayweather, but his record and hype is inflated. He has dismissed a lot of good boxers in his post fight comments. One person that I want to see him fight is Cotto. I have heard Cotto (through a translator) say that he would fight Mayweather anywhere anytime, but I heard Mayweather dismiss Cotto after the Gatti fight saying that he was too young. Never heard that excuse before.
Victoriano Sosa vs Floyd Mayweather FM UD
Victoriano Sosa vs Miguel Cotto MC TKO4
DeMarcus Corley vs Floyd Mayweather FM UD
DeMarcus Corley vs Miguel Cotto MC TKO5
I think that's what Mayweather really meant when he said too young.
    thats your strong point?

did you know that you could be a dominant fighter without knocking everybody out?
    here you go

That's your strong point? Mayweather does not have the resume of Whitaker. Whitaker showed his skills against top opponents. Mayweather who is very talented is showing off against sub-par opponents. If Whitaker fought the guys Mayweather is at the top of his game he may have knocked out many more opponents.

    youre an idiot.
all i said is that fighters can be great without koing everybody
and then i showed you proof

you come back changing the subject, youre a f****** clown
i never said, or even implied that mayweather was as established as whitaker (yet) so where did you come up with that?

you really schooled me on that one

btw.................you didnt address the point of that post, or are you too simple to figure it out?

Oh my gosh,Galaxy, you usually make valid points, but to say Margaritow wuold not KO Judah because he could not KO Santos is absurd bro!!

    Judah-Glass chin,Tony-power punching machine.
Tony-Power punching machine moving up,Santos-175 pounder?!?!
(and still Tony dropped him in round 3 with a body shot but it was not counted>?!)

Not absurd bro, Santos was a 140 pounder, also got KTFO by Jantuah. Santos has a crap chin has been dropped numerous times as a pro & amatuer. But I was really getting at Judah technical ability & Margarito's abilty to land clean on him compared to Santos'.

But I mean for that particular fight,Santos weighed at least 170 pounds, you could actually see the physical difference between him and Toni. Also, the ko thing means nothing to me,Floyd couldn't KO glass chin Judah who has been down a few times, but it meant nothing. If Baldo and an ageing Pineda can lead clean on Judah, then so can Tony.

Bro I know what your saying Santos looked heaps bigger in that fight, sure Margarito will land but I feel if Judah comes in & stays focused through the whole fight theres no way Margarito wins. I just don't think Margarito's punch will count for much against Judah. Remember Judah can bang as well!!!
