You say you have a dynamic IP and you say it changes obviuosly because that is what dynamic IP's do.

Computer's have more than your IP finger print. There has to be something else, another type of permanent information your computer is leaking out and this is how they are identifying you.

A proxy is useless unless you have the right configurations made.
A proxy alone will not hide you. Proxy programs do not hide you neither do web based proxy sites.
Using a malconfiguration will still spill all the information you are trying to hide.

Trouble here is that if you manage to get past the site, a proxy will not hide you from the peer to peer network once you start downloading as you can not use a proxy with peer to peer.

Why are you using AOL?
From what I have learned, they are not even a real service provider. You might want to look into this.

My guess is that these guys at WBVA have gotten smarter and along those lines, understand a bit more how to succesfully use the programs to avoid the ghost leeching you have been doing.

I would have to say that your ghost leeching days are over.

The only way to get past this is to change internet service but judging by what has happend, they will be onto to you as soon as you start violating the ratio rules and you will be banned again.

then u goit just raw proxy, which is a non anonymous proxy, which isnt good for what u need

then u got a higher level one, which MAY be good for u but probably not


last u got a HIGH SECURITY proxy, whixch should be gopod, bit its HARD to find free ones that work

I'm using ghostsurf at the minute. Works well as a proxy only thing is that when enabled it doesn't work with all websites and I cant open a new account at this site with it enabled

I had someone ip ban me on a site before but i had connections and pulled an inside job with somebody that moderated the thing. Somehow he masked my ip thru some crazy set up and i just went a long like nothing happened.
