It's inconceivable to favour PBF against SRL and Hearns at 140, as matches would never have been made at that weight. Both SRL and Hearns were full welters and always fought north of 140. (SRL could theoretically have made 140 at the very start of his career as he was 141 or 142, but surely we're talking prime.) Hell, I'd fancy PBF against Hagler at 140, because you'd have to chop off both Hagler's arms for him to make the weight - but PBF wouldn't stop him. 
For the record, PBF isn't the natural welter that SRL was so would be disadvantaged. SRL would be altogether stronger, and much the better puncher at 147.
Only two things are infinite - the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not so sure about the universe. A. Einstein?
