Bob Arum and JCC should be put on mute whenever the subject they speak of is ODLH.

They say Oskee is very popular among gays, women and casual boxing fans... I don't know why...

Most hardcore boxing fans doesn't like Oskee that much...

Trainer Freddie Roach has boldly predicted that his star pupil, WBC lightweight champion and boxing’s No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter Manny Pacquiao will knock out Oscar De La Hoya when they meet on December 6, in a 12-round welterweight super fight. "I’m so confident in Pacquiao in this fight...we’re going to knock him out in nine rounds.," said Roach to FOX Sports. "He [Oscar] gets quite tired at normal paces. Pacquiao doesn’t fight at normal paces. We’re going to push the old man…I love this fight!" Other highlights of the interview include: "[Mexican fight fans] like fighters, not boxers. When the bell rings, the Mexican fans in the audience are going to be on Pacquiao’s side...The true Mexican fans love his [Pacquiao’s] style.....Oscar can’t really stand the pace of a Manny Pacquiao, fighting three minutes of every round, attacking him, putting the pressure on this guy, taking away his height and reach advantage by getting close and fighting on the inside and work that body where Oscar has been weak his whole career. And at this stage of Oscar’s career, he’s busted up. He’s starting to break up. His face in the Forbes fight, he was all banged up after that fight. He had a broken cheekbone…and this guy [Forbes] can’t even punch.....I found out through the media that I was no longer the trainer and that he brought Floyd Sr. back and it was a little disappointing because Oscar had told me, one time, he said, ‘I’ll never fight without you in my corner again.’ It bothered me that he couldn’t tell me face to face."
Pac groupies are great. When Pac gets beat I'm going to LOL
Im actually quite a big fan of Manny Pacquiao, but i would never root for him against JMM. But when i read ridiculous things like this, it makes me want to see Manny Pacquiao lose so these fan boys will just go away.

I think if Manny Pacquiao loses, your be seeing who are real fans of the sport, and who are the fan boys. This fight will seperate the men from the boys so to speak.

Following his dominating win over Matt Vanda last night at the Mandalay Bay, Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. gave his take on the upcoming De La Hoya-Pacquiao fight, Dec. 6: “People say it’s a crazy fight, but, honestly, from a fighter’s point-of-view, I think De La Hoya is going to have a very tough time with Pacquiao. He can win the fight, but my money is on Pacquiao. All the Mexicans are backing up Pacquiao.”

I'm expecting Oscar Dela Hoya getting the LOUDEST BOOO of his life when he enters the ring on December 6 ...
    .
Chavez Junior can say what he likes. He'll never achieve half of what Delahoya achieved, regardless of what people want to say about Delahoya's opportunism or penchant for picking on smaller fighters earlier in his career (and in this fight).

People are just jealous of Oscar's financial success. I'm not even an Oscar fan, but the venom he gets sometimes is ridiculous. As I said earlier in the thread, don't listen to a thing that Chavez Sr. and Jr. say, they're just bitter that Oscar kicked Sr.'s ass.

Why don't you want Mexicans to wear that "Mexicans for Pacquiao" sticker?

    ........................ ........................

Isn't it great to see a large number of flag-waving Mexican and Filipino boxing fans rooting for the same boxer?
