Romney Narrows Vote Gap After Historic Debate Win
According to Gallup: It looks to be an even race now, 47-47.
Romney Narrows Vote Gap After Historic Debate Win
SNL took a few pot shots at MSNBC and their coverage of the debate and how their entire station had a fucking meltdown because their candidate got his ass straight handed to him at the debate....and Al Gore said the altitude got him hahahaha....fucking morons every last fucking dumb one of them. I wonder how that "tingle" up Chris Matthews' leg is feeling about now![]()
I like the 'Hope is not a strategy' attacks on Obama....very clever to attack the vapid nature of how Barry got into office to begin with.
Thursday night, I may watch the VP debate, I'm certain Paul Ryan will be ready to rock! Joe Biden is going to get HAMMERED
IN FACT bIDEN wıll BE HAMMERED---RUMOR HAS IT HE IS DOING SEVERAL SHOTS OF jOSE cUERVO 20 mınutes prıor to takıng the podıum.
Hehehe, I don't appear to be an undecided voter, do I now.
The last time around in 2008, I really didn't care who won, because I thought McCain/Palin was a horrible choice by the Republicans, not that I liked Obama any better, so I ended up not voting. This go round i'm backing Romney/Ryan 100%, and giving them all the support I can, I simply can't stomach Obama.
Well, the percentage of undecided voters between the Republicans and Democrats has actually been going down according to the press coverage we get over here, so the result seems to be going down to a much smaller percentage of the US population.
Personally I hope that the polls are wrong and that the Democrats take it again, but Romney was much more impressive in the first debate. I hope Obama is in a boot camp in the Russian mountains somewhere training like Rocky to overcome in the next couple of debates. Indeed, I hope he gets a training montage.
BO, got into office for a number of reasons:
#1 the Dems/Libs demonized Bush as a "war criminal" who along with the other Republicans were painted as being solely responsible for the economic meltdown. (which was a fucking lie)
#2. McCain/Palin was a horrible choice, and many undecided voters were disillusioned with the Republicans.
#3. Voters overlooked the fact that Obama was little more then a small time lawyer/congressman and black community organizer, who was totally unqualified to be "President", since he was elected in 2008 his leadership has been non-existent.
#4. Much of Obama's support came from the "undecided", (and blacks of course) white female voters, mostly lesbians/feminists, and Oprah headed nitwits (40% of white female voters) and younger voters who were gullible enough to buy into Obama and/or the liberals lies and promises.
#5. Voters bought into the liberal brainfart that a positive "change" would occur, another claim which the last 4 years has shown to be totally false.

If I remember right you consider yourself Welsh? In any event you're from the UK, you might feel different about Obama if you were a white male who grew up in the U.S.. The only white male Obama supporters that I know of here in the U.S. are ass-raped liberal imbeciles like Joe Biden/gays or queer actors like George Clooney.
You're right, if I was a white male who grew up in the United States then its perfectly possible that my political leanings would be very different. And indeed, my American friends that I know well are from the north-western states which I understand is naturally more liberal anyway.
One of the differences between politics on both sides of the pond is that voting to the right wing is generally a vote for keeping things the same, and whilst in America there is the hope of the American dream going from nothing to being very wealthy, a vote to the right wing in the UK is more about keeping the rich folks rich and the poor folks poor.
But, like the US, both wings are making more and more concessions until they are much closer together on the middle ground than they traditionally would be.
I don't know anything about politics or the political parties in the UK, I did used to watch some of the televised debates they held in Parliament? Which was a fucking trip, the labor party vs. the conservatives or some such thing. Different speakers would debate each other as only the British/Scottish/Welsh/N. Irish can.
You may mistakenly believe that Democrats (liberals) and Republicans (conservatives) here in the States are similar to the parties in the UK, and from a strictly 'government' or governing perspective that may be somewhat true. However, the sociological, demographic, and ideological differences between the 2 parties is another matter, it's like 2 different cultures. I hope this makes sense.![]()

I cannot get over how fickle the US general public is. Latest polls apparently have Romney ahead and on the back of what exactly? He blatantly showed contempt for half of the nation and on the back of a debate which showed him talking out of his arse, people have now decided 'he'll do then'. It is nonsense. Part of me cannot help but feel it is all one big pantomime, a giant puppet show and the ultimate aim is just to give the masses a good show. 5 days later it will be back in Obama's favour and you find that what you really have is nothing more than Presidential pop idol.
What an absolute joke of a political process. No firm policies and we know for a fact that any half baked pledges will never be implemented. As ever there is no accountancy in US politics, just a huge charade and a lot of rancid air being blown around.
