I still think Bradley has at least a 50-50 chance against any of the top WW's , dunno what will happen with Pac.
It's wasn't a convincing retirement speech , I hope he doesn't fight Canelo, they should make Canelo fight guys his own size, it's getting ridiculous really. If he fights Crawford, he could grow old overnight, and please , please, no Floyd/Pac 2.
Probably best all round if he did retire.
Bradley is not that good, he is not good as you make out. Proper welterweights like Thurman and Brooks would steam him.

Bradley is content staying on the Top Rank merry go round and will not venture out of that because he is not that great anyway.
Bradley would beat porter and thurman and probably garcia.

Pac done the job x3 times against one of thr best at 147 in the world.

Pac is still strong and can easily have a few more fights as he is still on another level to everyone apart from floyd.
Bradley is not a great welterweight, what good fighter has he beaten at the weight?

Interesting question since you say Thurman is a better welterweight. Are you using double standards intentionally or accidentally?

Thurman is still new to the scene than Bradley and I think beaten better fighters than Tim.

Pacquiao! Whether you like it or not. What about the rest of them? "Thurman is new to the scene" really? He's been a pro 9 years, been a "World Champion" 3 years, and he's 27 years old. Bradley has only been a WW a year longer.
And don't start me on Brook and Garcia!

are you joking? Or are you saying only at welterweight? And even then, are you joking? Marquez is better than every fighter Thurman has beaten by a WIDE margin.

    I am not joking.

    I mean at welterweight.

JMM is not a real welterweight and is even worse than Bradley.

That's a bit of a dopey argument. Marquez may not be a natural WW, but he's still better at the weight than anyone Brook or Thurman has beat and probably them too at the time, considering he was top 4 or 5 p4p.
So, if Khan beats Canelo (God forbid), does that mean it doesn't count because he's not that weight?

JMM is not a good welterweight. Fact which is why Brooks crew wanted to fight him. Easy fight and big name.

So you say it's who you beat that determines if you are good but Bradley beat a much much better fighter than anyone Thurman has beaten but it doesn't count because Marquez isn't a good welterweight.

But again Marquez beat a much much better fighter than anyone Thurman has fought by beating Pacquiao.

Are you going to say that doesn't count either? How many better fighters do we need to list before who they actually beat matters? How much do you allow yourself to pick and choose what counts FFS?

Look at what really happened against Manny. JMM was getting battered and landed the shot of a life time. What else has JMM done at the weight?

Thurman beats Bradley and JMM. Both were great fighters at the lower weights but are not legitimate welterweights.

    Give it a rest.

I think Bradley's chin is cracked and it's been a long time coming. You could see it after being wobbled initially by Manny and his mentality was tame and the way he was backing on toes awkwardly. I expected him to be dropped off a single shot ala the Holt knockdown. I don't think he'd fair well with a Thurman or a Porter at this point.

Give it a rest? You keep making excuses to avoid the facts and I should give it a rest?

Was Manny knocked the fuck out or not? Are you going to lower this conversation to lucky punch ignorance?

If you want to say Thurman is better because he is a bigger younger man and it's his time that point has potential. But you are trying to use beating better fighters as the standard and then outright dismissal of the truth.

Just say "what I said didn't make sense" we will all understand because it happens to all of us sometimes.

Yeah, NOW he is. He's virtually retired with dodgy knees and over 40. The fact that a Brook or Thurman would look for him as an opponent tells us more about them.
I like Brook, gone off Thurman a bit, but these fuckers need to fight somebody relevant. They want to be called the best without actually going out and fighting anyone.
Something you could never ever label Bradley with.

Obviously Thurman is a better welterweight because he is bigger, younger and better. He will not acieive the heights the legend like JMM has achieved.

JMM knew he won a lucky fight and could not do anymore in his career or the weight as he is too old and small.

    I scored it 8-4 rounds 116-112 -2 knockdown 116-110.
Both were very respectful of each other's skill set. Hence neither tried to go for the kill.
The 8th round was probably the best of the night. I gave it to Bradley.

By 12th round Tim's body language seemed to tell the story. I think he feared getting ktfod if he would've given all he had. He didn't.

Overall I'd say grade wise the fight was a B-.
Decent fight. Glad I didn't pay for it.
All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
