Frank Warren says he is confident that Amir Khan will fight for a title before the end of the year.
The 19-year-old is currently 6-0, with scheduled fights in Belfast on May 20 and Cardiff on July 8.
"We have to see what opportunities are out there for him, but hopefully by the end of the year he will be fighting for a title of some sort," said Warren.
Khan, who tackles former European title challenger Laszlo Komjathi on May 20 at the Kings Hall, added that he had been inspired by Joe Calzaghe's win over Jeff Lacy on March 4.
"The odds were in Lacy's favour and for Joe to win by miles was brilliant," said Khan, who was in Manchester to see Calzaghe's triumph.
"To see that fight, especially watching it over again and eeing how many punches he threw, was great.
"I've got a high work rate and I know how difficult it can be too keep it up."
