Toney does go too far sometimes but I wouldn't call him a rasist over that comment. Who was the last dominate undisputed white heavyweight champ? Off hand I can't even remember. To say there will never be one is off but I don't see one in the near future. I don't see a dominate heavyweight champ in the near future white or black the way the division is looking.
