Ok i know there is other posts probably referring to this. Well i have seen similar posts but not exactly what i'm asking for.

I box at 152, well at least used to box at 152 but walk around at about 160.

Now the problem is becoming that I cannot make 152 no more, and when i actually DO make it I feel like i'm about to pass out and have no type of energy to fight.

Well i am to little for 165.

I am 5'10 and am trying to go up to 165, but i need to get a little bit wider to compete with the other 165 amateurs, i have seen them and they are about my hight and alot wider look way more heavy set. I am guessing they walk around at about 170.

What is the proper way to pack on pounds and mass?

People told me to drink protein and keep training and also do more weight training. This is what I started doing and am now walking around at 165, I do look bigger but not as big as i need to be.

Any Advice?
