Get a space hopper put your hands either side of it with your arms straight. Push forward shoulder height, push in with both hands. Then turn your hands down, thumbs down, keep repeating this every 15 secs for 2 mins. This will give the muscles in the shoulders a better response, to carry out the task Also it will make your jab and right hand better
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

throw it both fast and slow during mirror training. Throw it slow to start with and focus on technique over and over, then normal speed, then whip it as fast as you can, every time shake you arm out to keep it relaxed, then whip it fast ignore technique your focus is to throw as fast as you can, finish the session throwing them at regular speed, technique and speed can be improved this way. Work on technique and speed while your are fresh and not tired.

Scrap you ever been on Ross boxing? he does a few good things in his news letter with sandbags, in the latest one he fills a giant exercise ball (the ones which are like space hoppers) up with water... theres loads you can do with it. I'm dieing to try it out

Its slightly busier but its more diluted (I would have expected the opposite) I think its best in here that we can talk about boxing and conditioning in one place
