Let me just say this many people are ignorant about sports especially mma and boxing. With tyson losing at the end and Royce losing to matt hughes let me say something. Rickson gracie in his prime (royces older brother) was basically a mma mike tyson, the opponents he fought were not of the caliber of the fighters today but nonethe less he obiletrated most of them. tyson has been criticised also people saying that the best fighter he ever beat was michel spinks, Im quick to point these things out but it is not a fighters fault when he fights in what era just because mike tyson missed evander, lennox and bowe does not mean he could not have won just as rickson could have beaten many if not all current mma fighters he could lose but he could also win poeple are so fickle

The Royce-Hughes fight was an utter farce. Royce is long past his best. My lasting memory of that fight is not a coming out party for Hughes, but Royce laying relaxed on the canvas, expressionless, with his arm at breaking point. That's a real warrior right there.
