Your list matches mine perfectly except I would not give the advantage to Roy. It would have to be between Meldric Taylor and Shane Mosley, both of those fighters moved like the flash, they were both faster than Jones but remember they were also alot smaller. Pound for pound, Taylor in his prime, IMO, has the fastest hands, I have ever seen.
A mention goes to 'Terrible' Terry Norris, who had amazing hand speed, and one punch KO power to go with it...
