What on earth was he doing 'Living' in a high climate see through tent when he was fighting in Cardiff at night

The oxygen tent is not about altitude it's about increasing your stamina, oxygenating your blood etc. People don't just train at high altitude if they are fighting at high altitude, they are other obvious benefits.
Not that it could be seen from Fanny William's performance. Absolutely appalling.
