Prince Naseem Hamed beats up Prison Inmate with Single Punch

Greig Box reports for the Mirror.co.uk that Jailed boxer Prince Naseem Hamed has floored a fellow prison inmate with a single punch. The punch occured with when a Jail sparring session turned ugly.

The Mirror reports that Hamed snapped during the sparring session when the inmate hit Hamed in the shoulder. The shot to Hamed's shoulder caused an agonising injury and that's when an angered Hamed snapped, losing his cool and taking out his frustrations on the inmate who hit Hamed.


A prison source is quoted by the Mirror UK saying: "He shouted at the prisoner and punched him full on in the chest. It sent him flying to the ground. He didn't get up for a while and Hamed had to be held back. He was livid.

The Prison source added: "All hell threatened to break loose. He was strutting around and acting cocky. It riled prisoners and that's when this big bloke hit him. They were both wearing boxing gloves."

Hamed is serving 15 months for nearly killing a driver in a 90mph head-on smash with his Mercedes-Benz McLaren Sports Car.

aright about 3 weeks ago i got into 2 crazy scraps 1 in the ring 1 i got cheap shoted outside the ring by the same opponent. im a boxer i been boxing for 2 years and i go in this gym and i go in the ring with some amauter fool we said were just gonna work not go hard on each other but we ended up trying to kill each other lol. this guys older then me bigger then me Im taller im 5'11 he's like 5'8 but he was heavier then me. so we got in the ring i started out jabbing i landed some he kept head hunting in the beggining then i wanted to feel his power so i got against the ropes, he got me with an uppercut i think i took it well then i went boom right hand and then he got me and i went boom boom boom so basically i was winning the fight then wen the round was ending he got me against the ropes got me with couple uppercuts, and then i heard some bell ring I thought it was the end of the round he said na man its the 30 second bell but i havent been in that gym in a while so i forgot how the bells work. so then he said man u aint S*** and right wen he said that i come up to him in the ring he sees me coming i go boom boom boom like 5 times in his fukin head. haha and he didnt do S*** so i got out the ring. boxing match over i whooped his a**. next thing u know outside the ring he comes up to me starts exchanging words and then he pushed me i just turned around and walked away and said i got nuttin to prove , he runs from behind like a fukin coward and tackles me and starts punching me kickin me i was covering my face this mutherfuker cheap shoted me then he picked me up dragged me outside and thas wen i got like 3-4 hits on his head. then he threw me down on my stomach and he kept pounding me and then they stopped it i got up some blood on my shirt i wasnt even that hurt. see i mean i whooped him in the ring. then he came from behind so who u think got the better of the who in both fights me or him?
