ive been boxing now for about 16/17 months, n ive decided tht i want more of a visible 6 pack and want to put weight on (im currently 9 3 n want to go up to 10 st).

i read in one of the threads bout bicycle crunchs, how do u do these?

n wats the best way to put on weight but to stay as fast and as strong as i am in the higher weight?
